Warranty Periods

At Total Lawn Care we are dedicated to building a long-term relationship with you and your landscape, becoming a trusted partner in the care of your property. We understand that trust is essential, which is why we’ve created the strongest offer possible to demonstrate our commitment and your peace of mind.

Warranty Coverage: Total Lawn Care provides this limited warranty for fencing & plantings, and lifetime warranty hardscaping installations. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions, subject to the terms and limitations outlined below.

• Plants / Sod: 12 months from the date of installation for plant health and establishment, provided they receive proper care and maintenance.

• Fencing: 5 years from the date of installation against defects in materials and workmanship, including structural failure and premature deterioration under normal use.

• Hardscaping: Lifetime Warranty from the date of installation against structural defects in pavers, retaining walls, and other installed hardscape features.

Exclusions this warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper use, neglect, misuse, abuse, or vandalism.
• Damage resulting from natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or acts of God.
• Normal wear and tear, fading, or aesthetic changes due to aging.
• Failure of plants due to lack of proper watering, fertilization, or maintenance by the customer.
• Efflorescence (a natural white residue that may appear on concrete or stone surfaces).
• Movement or settling of hardscape materials due to natural ground shifting beyond normal tolerances.
